1.2 Compliance with Laws: As a Client Advisor, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards in promoting The Circle Jobs and its services. You shall not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities.

1.3 Professional Conduct: Client Advisors are expected to maintain professionalism and integrity while representing The Circle Jobs. Any behavior or communication that is disrespectful, offensive, or violates our policies will not be tolerated.

  1. Intellectual Property:

2.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including trademarks, logos, designs, and content, associated with The Circle Jobs and S&L iMAGINATIONS, are owned by the Company. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights to any of these intellectual property assets.

2.2 Limited License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use The Circle Jobs platform and related materials solely for the purpose of promoting our services as a Client Advisor.

2.3 Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any part of The Circle Jobs platform or its content without our prior written consent.

3.2 Confidentiality: As a Client Advisor, you may have access to confidential information about The Circle Jobs and its operations. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to any third parties without our prior written consent.

  1. Compensation and Payments:

4.1 Commission Structure: As a Client Advisor, you will be eligible to earn commissions based on successful client sign-ups referred through your affiliate link and coupon code. The commission structure and rates are outlined in the Advisor Dashboard and are subject to change at our discretion.

4.2 Payment Terms: Commissions will be paid according to the payout schedule and method specified in the Advisor Dashboard. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date payment information to ensure timely and accurate payments.

4.3 Tax Obligations: You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on your commission earnings. We recommend consulting with a tax professional to ensure compliance with tax regulations.
