As a Client Advisor at S&L iMAGINATIONS, your primary responsibility will be to work with potential clients and provide them with the necessary resources to begin a career as an independent contractor in a customer service role. You will play a crucial role in guiding potential clients through the onboarding process and ensuring they have a smooth transition into their new role. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
- Engage with potential clients and provide them with information about the independent contractor customer service role at S&L iMAGINATIONS.
- Gather relevant information from potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Personalize templates and tailor them to each potential client’s profile, highlighting the benefits and opportunities available to them.
- Offer guidance and support to potential clients throughout the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
- Assist potential clients in completing registration requirements, including a soft background check and payment of a registration fee.
- Ensure that potential clients have access to the necessary resources and materials to start their career with S&L iMAGINATIONS.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including contact details, preferences, and progress in the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and implement strategies for attracting potential clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in customer service practices to provide relevant and timely information to potential clients.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Ability to complete a 1099 Form for Independent Contractor status in your US State
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to personalize templates and communicate effectively with potential clients.
- Excellent typing skills to ensure efficient communication and data entry.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to undergo a soft background check as part of the hiring process.
- Availability to work a minimum of 2 hours per day for a minimum of 3 days.
- Access to a home computer with reliable internet connectivity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Familiarity with remote work and the ability to adapt to a virtual work environment.
