Job Description:
As a Client Advisor at S&L iMAGINATIONS, your primary responsibility will be to work with potential clients and provide them with the necessary resources to begin a career as an independent contractor in a customer service role. You will play a crucial role in guiding potential clients through the onboarding process and ensuring they have a smooth transition into their new role. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with potential clients and provide them with information about the independent contractor customer service role at S&L iMAGINATIONS.
  2. Gather relevant information from potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  3. Personalize templates and tailor them to each potential client’s profile, highlighting the benefits and opportunities available to them.
  4. Offer guidance and support to potential clients throughout the onboarding process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  5. Assist potential clients in completing registration requirements, including a soft background check and payment of a registration fee.
  6. Ensure that potential clients have access to the necessary resources and materials to start their career with S&L iMAGINATIONS.
  7. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including contact details, preferences, and progress in the onboarding process.
  8. Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify and implement strategies for attracting potential clients.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in customer service practices to provide relevant and timely information to potential clients.

Requirements:

  1. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  2. Ability to complete a 1099 Form for Independent Contractor status in your US State
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to personalize templates and communicate effectively with potential clients.
  4. Excellent typing skills to ensure efficient communication and data entry.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  6. Willingness to undergo a soft background check as part of the hiring process.
  7. Availability to work a minimum of 2 hours per day for a minimum of 3 days.
  8. Access to a home computer with reliable internet connectivity.
  9. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
  10. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  11. Familiarity with remote work and the ability to adapt to a virtual work environment.

Note: If accepted, a registration fee of $35 is required upon being hired as a Client Advisor at S&L iMAGINATIONS.
